1 pound Tilapia (about 3 filets)
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Hot Mexican Chili Powder (or just regular chili powder)
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin
1. Mix all ingredients, except tilapia, in a small bowl. Place tilapia in a large resealable bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove tilapia from marinade.
3. Place in baking dish with tin foil or parchment paper and pour extra marinade on top (optional).
4. Bake 10-20 minutes at 400 degrees (temperature will vary depending on oven).
